My name is Danielle Pies. I have been married for 25 years to my best friend and biggest supporter, Nathan. We have been blessed with three children. Each came wrapped in their own miracle as they have become a part of our family. Our family has lived in AZ since 2003. Before moving to AZ, we lived in WA state and go back to visit our families.
I love to travel, play games, have date nights with my husband, swim, read, anything beach related, and being with my family. I, also love the color red, Dr Pepper Zero, Seattle Seahawks, Disneyland, and Hawaii.
As an Emotional Resilience Coach, my goal is help you connect your mind and body to have a more whole body approach to healing.
I use four modalities to assist in your healing journey, "The Dig" coaching model, Trauma Integration, Somatic Breathwork™ and Brainspotting.
These modalities assist in rewiring the brain, alleviate stress, assist in managing depression & anxiety, work through triggers processing trauma and help process compounding life changes.
Overall this helps with feeling lighter, moves you out of survival mode, assist in a more regulated nervous system which helps you feel more at home in your body, so you can face daily life and thrive.

This work is about embracing yourself. Coaching and trauma work are an interactive experience where we discover the traumas, emotional baggage and negative limiting beliefs that are holding you back and process them. After processing and releasing, you are better able meet your goals and pursue your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
100% What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
Both in person and virtual appointments are available for all modalities.
Each session is approximately 75 to 90 min.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
