Brainspotting is a mind-body modality that is particularly effective with rewiring the brain by helping to identify and heal underlying triggers that contributes to anxiety, depression and other behavioral conditions. This process is done through the visual field allowing the participant to get out of their pre-frontal cortex and deeper into the recess of the brain to process and release triggers, anxiety, and so much more.
